Birch terraces a new residential houses in Vilnius, Lithuania, 2018

“Birch terraces” is a new residential houses complex near the birch grove in Antakalnis district in Vilnius.

The „Birch terraces“  were built in the territory of 1 ha, project investments – more than 42 million LTL. Almost 2 million were invested in the environment. During the construction of the house, the natural relief and birches growing in the courtyard were preserved. A total amount of 141 apartments with spacious terraces were offered to residents, as well as two-storey apartments, which are still considered a novelty in the market, being built as an alternative to cottages or detached houses.

Residential houses have a smart Comfort Heat ice and snow melting and frost protection systems of roofs, driveways and pipelines.
