Comfort Heat products were delivered in South Africa during the business mission, 2020
On January 24 – February 2, 2020, the first business mission to the Republic of South Africa was organised by the VVPAR and the Lithuanian Embassy in Pretoria. UAB Comfort Heat also took part in the event, which was attended by 12 members of the Chamber. Meetings with business representatives of the country began at a seminar organised by the Lithuanian Embassy, where representatives of the Department of Trade and Industry Invest South Africa presented the business environment and cooperation opportunities in South Africa.
In the business mission, Lithuanian companies participated in business opportunity presentation and contact exchange (B2B) events at the Johannesburg and Cape Town Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Nordic-South African Business Association, met with Kwa-Zulu Natal and Western Cape region investment development agencies, branch associations and visited PAR companies.
Comfort Heat presented electric underfloor heating systems with integrated solar modules for residential construction and industrial pipes heating for the mining industry at the B2B Contact Fair at the Johannesburg and Cape Town Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Nordic-South African Business Association. Questions and interest were received from business representatives, the first business contacts were made.
At all events, the mission participants received a lot of attention – over 50 local companies from various sectors took part in the meeting with Cape Town Palace alone. During the mission, contacts were established with business organizations, sectoral associations, consulting and other companies.
