What should I do if the thermostat floor temperature sensor is not working?

Remove and replace it with a new, the same floor temperature sensor.

If it is impossible to change the sensor, it does not come out, and the thermostat is installed in the same room as the heating control, a thermostat with a room sensor can be used. We recommend to choose Comfort Touch and Comfort Wi-Fi thermostats.
