How to seal the pipe if the heating cable is inserted into the pipe?

If the pipe has a heating cable with a plumbing installed according to the pipe diameter. One tee should be M20 or M25 in diameter. Install M20/25 metal sealing gland into the pipe, screw the metal gland into a tee and seal it.
