How to install heating in cold areas near large windows?

In rooms with large windows (to the floor), fogging is prevented with electric floor heating of about 0,5 m width, installing heating power of 200-250W/m². The heat from the floor protects the windows from fogging. In these zones higher installed power is achieved by reducing the distance between the heating cable loops. The distance between the heating cable loops can be 9 to 7cm.
