What should I do if I cannot remove the floor temperature sensor?

Please check if the temperature sensor is functioning. In this case, you do not need to change it. We recommend to select a new thermostat that has an adaptive function for working with different manufacturers’ temperature sensors. We recommend the following thermostats: Comfort Touch, Comfort Wi-Fi or C511T.

If the thermostat floor temperature sensor is not functioning where the heating is being controlled, you can select a room sensor. We recommend the new generation thermostats: Comfort Touch, Comfort Wi-Fi.
