What should I do if the C501 thermostat does not turn on the heating?

• A common cause is the incorrectly set temperature control dial, i.e. unmatched “0” setting on the temperature scale with a dash of the dial.
• Make sure the thermostat and circuit breaker on the power line that comes to the thermostat is turned on. The 230V must power l and N thermostat connections.
• Check the resistance of the floor temperature sensor.
