Yes, the front (removable) part of the thermostat can be installed on the base part of the other thermostat. However, remember there is software in the front part of the thermostat (in the display), so placing the front of the thermostat (A) on the base of the thermostat (B) will control the room according to the settings of the thermostat (A).
