The bracket keeps the cable in the gutter. To prevent it from sliding down the gutter due to its gravity pull, and protects from sharp gutter and gutter connection from damaging the self-regulating cable overjacket. A thermostat ETR2-1550 controls the system with ambient temperature and humidity sensors. A qualified electrician must connect the system.
