Can I control the downpipe and gutter heating system and the stairs heating system with one thermostat?

The microprocessor thermostat ETO2-4550 can control two independent zones. It will control stair heating according to the ground sensor ETOG-55, while it will control the downpipe and gutter heating system according to the humidity sensor ETOR-55 and outdoor temperature sensor ETF744/99.
